Passenger and Baggage Transport Rules
1. Conclusion and Execution of the Passenger Transportation Contract
The conclusion of a contract for the transportation of passengers (hereinafter referred to as the "transportation contract") establishes binding legal relations between the carrier and the passenger based on transport regulations, tariffs, and declared contractual terms of transportation. These include the carrier's obligation to transport the passenger from the boarding point to the destination station in a proper manner and the passenger's obligation to comply with transport regulations and contractual terms of transportation and to pay the transportation price (hereinafter referred to as the "tariff") in accordance with the applicable tariff.
2. Travel Document and Its Details
2.1 In order to conclude a transportation contract for the period of its execution, the passenger confirms their identity with a valid travel document (hereinafter referred to as the "ticket"), unless otherwise specified below.
2.2 A ticket for an individual journey includes:
a) the official name of the carrier concluding the transportation contract,
b) the surname and first name of the passenger,
c) boarding point, destination station, departure and arrival time,
d) tariff amount, type of travel or amount of discount,
e) information about the validity period,
f) other information that allows verification of the justification and correctness of its use, as provided for in the contractual terms of transportation.
2.3 A ticket is invalid if:
a) the passenger has not fulfilled the conditions for its use as set out in the transport regulations, tariffs, or contractual terms of transportation,
b) the required data are not filled in,

d) the ticket was issued to a specific name and is used by another person,

5.1. A passenger may, under certain conditions, request to change the travel date. This change may be made by the carrier only twice. The first change is free of charge; the second change is subject to a fee of 200 CZK or the equivalent amount in the respective currency. The change is possible only within the periods and connections available in the sales system.
5.2. It is possible to change the date or time on the ticket up to 48 hours before departure. It is not possible to change the date or time of departure less than 12 hours prior to departure. 7.7 Luggage must not contain items that, due to their properties, could damage the vehicle or endanger the life and health of other passengers.

9.2 A passenger forfeits the right to travel if they are on board the bus under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other psychotropic substances. In such cases, the carrier is immediately released from all contractual obligations to the passenger and is not required to pay any fare refund or other compensation.

10.2 Complaints regarding loss, theft, or damage to luggage must be made immediately upon luggage pickup at the destination stop to a representative of the carrier. Unless otherwise declared, the default declared value of luggage is 200 CZK / UAH.
10.3 If the passenger accepts the luggage without objection, it is considered received in full and in good condition.
10.4 If registered luggage is lost, or if there is clear damage or incompleteness of luggage, or circumstances indicating such damage, the carrier will immediately request that the passenger verify the condition of the luggage and draw up a report. This report, along with the ticket and luggage ticket, is a necessary part of the complaint, which must be submitted in writing.
11. Final Provisions
11.1 Any disputes arising between the carrier and the passenger will be resolved through oral or written negotiations. If a resolution is not reached, either party may take the matter to court.
