For holders of a non-biometric or invalid passport

It is mandatory to have:

- a valid visa;
or
- an additional document granting the right to enter and stay in EU countries (work permit card, residence permit, temporary/permanent residence card, etc.).

Medical Insurance

We recommend obtaining travel medical insurance that covers medical expenses abroad regardless of the purpose of the trip.
The absence of an insurance policy may become grounds for refusal to cross the border.

Financial Support

Border control authorities may check whether you have sufficient funds for staying abroad.
We recommend having:

- cash or a bank card;
- approximately €200–300 or USD 200–300 per person.

Important Information for Passengers

SVD Trans does not accept for transportation passengers:

🔹 traveling with an internal Ukrainian passport, pension certificate, child’s birth certificate, or other domestic documents;
🔹 with an international passport that has expired or was extended by stamp;
🔹 children included in their parents’ passports;
🔹 children under 18 traveling without one parent, a legal guardian, or without a notarized authorization letter;
🔹 citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

Extension of the International Passport Validity

Extending the validity of an international passport by placing a stamp is a temporary procedure for Ukrainian citizens who are forced to stay abroad during martial law.
