Due to the changes in Polish legislation concerning border crossing by non-EU citizens,

changes have been made to the rules of SVDTRANS. To ensure effective border control and avoid misunderstandings of various kinds

SVDTRANS provides transportation services only to adult passengers and passengers under 18 years of age traveling with an accompanying adult legal representative.
